A cross-bred catfish variety selected for faster growth and greater meat yield. Raised in our natural earthen ponds on Ebonyi River water — the same way as all our fish.

How it’s raised

Our hybrid catfish grow in natural earthen ponds fed by the Ebonyi River. No lime, no chemicals, no antibiotics and no treatments in the ponds — ever. Fed on quality commercial feed for consistent size and healthy growth.

Storage & cooking tips

• Live fish should be kept in water or in a cool, moist container and cooked within a few hours of purchase.
• Fresh (gutted) fish keeps for up to 24 hours on ice.
• Frozen fish keeps for up to 3 months at −18 °C. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight.

Excellent peppered, grilled, or added to soups.
